Step 1: Choose, Personalise, Order

Select your favourite design and personalise the details in the fields provided. Check all your details carefully and checkout securely. Then, either pay by direct deposit (for Australian bank account holders) or by credit card using Paypal.  You will receive an email confirmation of your order and a receipt/tax invoice will be enclosed in your parcel.
 

Step 2:  Email photo

If your design includes a photo, email it to photos@invitingkids.com.au, including your order number in the subject of the email.

Please send a photo no smaller than 300KB and no larger than 2MB. This ensures that we have a photo that is of good enough quality to print on your cards or invitations.

If you only have a hard copy, please post it (along with your order number) and we will send it back to you with your order.
 

Step 3:  Proof

Your card will be designed within 1-3 days of receiving your photo. We will then email a proof for you to check and approve. We can still make spelling/detail changes at this stage.

Once you have emailed your approval back to us, your cards/invitations will go to print.

Please note that the client pays for any reprinting as a result of incorrect information provided. This is why it is important to check your proof carefully and why we allow for changes before printing.
 

Step 4:  Your original, vibrant, beautiful order is dispatched!

Your order is carefully packed and posted. We only use Express Post so that your order is rushed to you as soon as it is ready. International deliveries are via Air Mail.

You can expect your order to be delivered within 4 -5 working days of sending your approval, or around 2 weeks if delivery is outside Australia.
